Going to an Al-Anon meeting tonight.
Yes, I'm in a 12 step program because I have an alcoholic in my life. Without this program or it's tools, I don't know where I'd be.
I know I wouldn't be dealing with it, I'd be a raging angry lunatic.
I have learned to take care of myself, live MY life, and do what's best for me.
